Lisa Hammond, Nurse Practitioner, is passionate about health and wellness. Her focus is about optimizing hormones and encouraging healthy nutrition habits as well as incorporating daily exercise. She advocates for lifestyle changes to improve one’s health. Her approach is gentle and nonjudgmental. She cares for those with chronic and acute conditions. Her scope ranges across the life span. Lisa is dedicated to helping change lives for the better.
Lisa has been in the nursing field since 2001. Lisa graduated from University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 2012 with her Master’s Degree in Nursing. She is board certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, AANP.
Lisa is dedicated to fitness and works out every day before heading to work. On her days off you can catch her snowboarding in the winter or hiking 14ers in the summer. She lives a very active life. Lisa has 4 grown children and is looking forward to becoming a grandmother in her near future!
